Oh, very nice indeed! I use 2013 myself. Just a tip if you wanna use it, but personally I use the daylight system with ambient occlusion as a material for the plane. Also I reckon the plane could be a bit bigger. Gives bit a bit more realism. But yeah the daylight system works wonders.

Also, would you mind telling me how you did the glow effect on the bulbs? Interested in your technique. Is the bulb frames done from plane or a cylinder or?

Simple glow just a me Area omni inside the bulb. on bulb arch & design glass (physical material with self illumination (glow) hid xenon > filter color blue and wheel done.

Colorwise looks great but the shadow is waaaaay to crisp.
I like mentalrays photographical lights more then the daylight system as it produces REALLY nice soft shadows. (Daylight doesnt like self illumination, glow, and volume light)

This a render I did for work.
