Anyone got a way i can change the acceleration of all the cars in slrr 2011 stage 1 mwm? I first noticed this problem with a fiat that i first bought stock. It had 220 hp which i barely tweaked to 226 hp with the money i had left. I tested it on the 17km highway track and in less than 10 seconds it was already redlining at 141mph. I was confused as to why a 220 hp car with like 250 ft lb torque was accelerating THIS fast like it was an audi r8 with short ass gears.. I proceeded to test this with a default duhen sunstrip 1.5 on the same track. The sunstrip says it has 141hp, but accelerates like it has 240hp. It tops out at 107 mph real quick and its starting to piss me off the more i compare this to sims like rfactor or pretty much ANY other sim/simcade racing game... I know this game is NOWHERE NEAR a sim compared to others but still. There has to be a way i can turn down the acceleration for every car...

Do you play in window mode? Do you use Vsync(in your graphic card settings)?

Standart game engines tend to provide acceleration and max.speed that is beyond their power level. However, with Harrison15's version of Devils V6/V8 mods, Oxman's Ford V8 and MFTeam's V8's (Chrysler and GM) i was able to get really close to the real performance numbers. It's really depends on the way you've tuned the engine and what kind of tires do you use.

Yes but if you don't run with vsync on the acceleration is going to be much faster I've already tested it. Same car but with vsync I've run 9.8 sec and without vsync I've run 6.1

Yeah, i've noticed that too. In the end, it all comes to what you do want from the game. If you want realistic handling and acceleration - you can get it. But it's gonna require a whole lot of tuning and tweeking.

Not that lot, basically you only need to open your graphic card's panel and put Vsync on what changes a lot. It's a simple thing that changes a lot the game

Good to know...
I did not know Vsync can change performance factors.

So your saying the car's acceleration has to do with framerate? Weird.. Ill try it and get back to you.
