so this thread has been dead all week since the printer came in. between trying to build it and doing everything else i had no more time to post. I threw some pictures up on facebook.


I'm happy to say though... the printer is working and currently almost done with its first print !

Here are SOME pictures of the build process.. it was insane. I've never built something like this that was so intense on the details. It was seriously hard work and I completely under estimated it. Each night this week I was up until 3/4 am building it.

Today I finished and it took a total of 5 SOLID hours to calibrate the machine, it was highly difficult. Well more so difficult because of the lengthy repetitive process to do it. Drove me insane.


AND all done , pretty much.

made a few pritns and they came out very well.

now im going get started on my first models that i can hopefully bring to the printer.
