2015-06-03 15:54#255222 Pedro_Takumi : seems to be worth the 23 euros they ask,
about the modding, if the in game options progress I think we will have a system like slrr in terms of building a car from the ground up, and tune it

do you think they will continue the development of this game?

yes they are currently actively developing the game, infact a few days ago came a big update to the game. It's getting better all the time, I really think its shaping up to be an excellent game.

One major drawback will be the lack of multiplayer however. As is, the average pc today barely runs the game well, but that isn't a bad thing. Its nice to see a game built for the future.

You're right, at this time that doesn't exist. The fundamentals of those game elements however do exist in the game. The game does have a parts system. The engine power can be calculated from multiple parameters and files / parts. The cars are pieced together from many parts / meshes etc. They can be customized both performance and visual.

As development continues I expected to see these fundamentals exploited into gameplay features.

I'de say for a game still in alpha stages, its very promising. The latest update finally brings a bit of gameplay into the project. Some missions / driving courses etc.

Either way, lets not forget that Wichurs current project is absolutely the closest thing to a "new SLRR". We can expect to see excellent physics and SLR garage gameplay.

If it has live tuning in the game, sure. but to go into the files and change all the garbage, not SLRR. The SLR series is the only game I know of where you can click on the camshaft, wait let me rewind. You build the engine your self from a huge list of parts, and then you can tune it hands on, and it will have an effect on the HP.
