So i was doing some research and found this. http://drivermadness.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=72&t=3154

Basically it shows how you can import cars from GT2, Thats right GT2 from PS1 into ZModeler. Now i'll be honest, if someone here could go to that site and has a good comprehension of models and UV mapping with ZModeler. You could get a good amount of car mods out of that. Even without the interior view i think it would be killer if i could drive my 90 Mira from GT2 in Valo City. What do you guys think? Anyone up for the challenge?

@blaizenfyre XD all you need is the right set of tires, and who said the original 86 was stock. Not the suspension lol. @DenDav i agree with that idea too but i would like to see the cars as more than fake racers, as actual mods. I know its a weird request but i would love to be able to drive my 1990 Mira from GT2 in SLRR. It would be like the best 3 Cylinder car ever but that's in my opinion. But thanks for the feedback guys lets make this thread popular and hopefully somebody can do the modeling and UV Mapping.

I could post converted Sega GT 2002 files if you guys are interested, and you guys could try working with those. The proportions aren't bad, and they have some obscure cars like the Toyota MR2 222D, the Jiotto Caspita, and the Mitsubishi Starion 4WD rally. Just let me know which cars you guys want :D

@DoubleTake Thanks for the links and the cars from Sega GT, The whole reason why I came up with this idea was so i could drive some of my favorite Kei cars from GT2 lol but if it helps with converting the cars from GT2, then thats awesome.

Okie dokie, I'll see if I can do anything for GT2 files

Added 60 minutes later:

Alright, I got the cno/cdo files out of a ripped GT2 vol file, and I believe I can open and convert them with Zmodeler if I'm lucky. Which car models do you want, and in what format? (obj., 3ds, etc.). Just as a warning, I'm not sure if I can get the textures used.

Added 4 minutes later:

This is what they'll probably look like:

@DoubleTake I already have a mesh for the 1990 Daihatsu Mira TR-XX, but i can't do the textures which are basically the UV Maps. What i wanted someone to do was convert the car so it could be added to SLRR. LOL that was the whole point of this thread.

Oops. sorry haha, I didn't read everything clearly or see the link. I thought you were having conversion issues. I know for sure I can't help with any modeling, especially with interior. I can't even import or export scx files to edit at the moment. It seems you need to find a modeler to re-work the entire thing, including an interior, engine bay, etc. I personally would dump the model and find a blueprint to work off of, as I'm not even sure if the GT2 models are that accurate to begin with (idk). None the less, my apologies and best of luck lol

Added 10 minutes later:

Maybe there are some modelers willing to help on Vstanced :/

@DoubleTake lol thanks but cars in GT2 aren't exactly the highest of quality due to the fact that its PS1 but really IDC about interior i know it would have to be programmed or something since SLRR comes with those features but if all the lights worked and stuff and the car drove i'd be happy. But thanks for your "support" and just spread the word i guess and see if someone responds. I'll get this on VStanced soon.
