Nice mod! it is working pretty well and you worked a lot on it that is apparent.
I found some technical-kind of issues though

There are command_id collisions in the main menu if you try to change the primary key
for turning right the game will instead take you to the sandbox mode (this is not the only one the left is a challenge for example)

Empty model:
cars\racers\FairladyZ33_data\meshes\Object11\Cylinder01.scx
maps\Addon_Objects\CorradoSKJ_objects\Meshes\aaa.scx
Not a model but has scx extension:
maps\Addon_Maps\Horse_Thief_Mile\Meshes\Horse_Thief_Mile.scx

The Shelby Corby comes without tyres from the catalogue
The Honda Civic-s are without wheels in the catalogue
The Dodge Coronet 70 is only a frame suspensions and breaks with no wheels in the catalogue

Multiple packages:

Numerous cfgs under parts\engines\boxer4\scripts\ , parts\engines\devilsv8\scripts\ and parts\engines\nissan_engine_pack\scripts\RB26\ have missing RenderRef definitions like:
in cfg: parts\engines\boxer4\scripts\2x4_barrel_intake_manifold.cfg line is strange: render 0x???????? ; 2x4_barrel_intake_manifold
in cfg: parts\engines\devilsv8\scripts\DevilsV8_radiator_out_pipe.cfg line is strange: render 0x???????? ; MC_camshaft_drive_belt
in cfg: parts\engines\nissan_engine_pack\scripts\RB26\RB26DE_pistons_stage3.cfg line is strange: render 0x00000??? ; ???

There are a lot of classes redefined across the game these can cause silent crashes (with no error.log).

The following models have at least one mesh in them with more than 0xffff/2 (32768) vertices
this can crash the game if there is a decal painted on them (on a big enough surface)
(you are not using the fixed exe that is out for this)
(the scratches or cracks painted on the car after collision are in this sense decals
(as I noticed there are no decals in the catalogue))

So those errors you have showed me have not being serious, but now you telling me that they kinda are. Well..
I have no fucking clue how to fix those to be honest :))
Some other bugs that arent that much skill in scripting are ez.(ex the cobra tyres)

I will do some updates later, right now im taking a break from it

Did you got the game files extracted without any problems??
