Well Well Well, something is messed up and isn't allowing me to install Microsoft .net framework 3.5. AND it's REALLY messed up because when I went to install 2.0 it said "an app needs a program to work properly: .NET framework 3.5 (includes 3.0 and 2.0)",
so something is really messed up!!!
So......................... any alternatives? if not, I'm going to need to install windows, AGAIN.

The other way to do everything that SLRR Editor does, is to actually go and edit the RPK and CFG files to add new engines.

Download RPK Convert and Decode, and learn to use them. Then convert the car RPK into an RDB, edit the list of engines at the top, and edit the engine list in the CFG to match.

That said, this is not recommended for beginners because it is difficult if you don't know what you're doing.

Yet another way is to do what Bigg Boss93 does on his custom engines (go to VStanced.com and download the LS3), and modify the engine CFGs so that they can attach to any car.
