So, im thinking on doing some grip time attack competition on some maps that I found good.

If you guys show interest, I could make up the rules, with things like WHP class, track rules, submitting rules and etcetera.

what do you guys think?

So I came up with some rules and ideas

There will be separate rules for keyboard and stering wheel players regarding assist options.

Cars will be classified by relative weight (how much weight it has in comparison with it's stock weight, like using carbon fibre parts, getting rid of the passenger's seat and etc), by wheel horse power and interior tuning (race stering wheels, race seats and etc).

You MUST drive in first person.

You MUST submit a printscreen of your whole car specs.

You'll submit your time in a video, there must be a warming lap and your official record lap.

These are the maps I chose

- Gerskii's Blackwood
- Smouk2's Laguna Seca
- Harambe's Gen Track Uno
- Smouk2's Norisring

(if you guys know more maps that have timers, feel free to tell here, touge maps with timers will be more than welcome).

Videos will be avaliated and time will be penalized in case of track cutting.

Your suspention setup will not be avaliated into classes because I know how the game physics can be fucked up.

You can use any physics mod you want.

You can use any car and any engine you want, but remember that you'll be classified by it.

Added 33 minutes later:

This is the classification setup I came up with. It will be a system of 100 points scaled, whereas every 100hp you have +100 points, every 100kg below the car's original weight you have +100 points and above original weight you have -100 points. You interior will be divided by classes, example:

1 Stock - 0 points
2 Stock no back seat: +75 points
3 stock with racing stering wheel: +100 points
4 Stock no back seat + racing steering wheel: +125 points
5 Back seat + both racing seats: +150 points
6 Back seat + both racing seats + racing steering wheel: +175 points
7 Back seat + driver's only racing seat + racing steering wheel: +200 points
8 No back seat + both racing seats: +225 points
9 No back seat + both racing seats + racing steering wheel: 250 points
10 No back seat + driver's only racing seat: +275 points
11 No back seat + driver's only racing seat + racing steering wheel: +300 points
Rollcage: +50

so, let's say I have a car with -100kg, with 650hp and the 9 interior config + rollcage, so :

+100
+650
+250
+50
= 1050 is my car's classification

(now we need the names for each classifications range lol)

Video may be an issue for people like me with potatoes for computers, meaning they can't record their screen.

I'd really like that idea, and Id love to compete if it werent for the physics. I still dont have any idea how to drive cars without them going sideways all the time, even with mindeliszz' Physics.
