How to fix SLRR Editor Overflow errors

Every once and a while SLRR Editor will give you the following error:

To fix it, go to yourslrrdirectory/cars/racers/nameofcar/scripts.
In this folder, find the following files (names might be different depending on the car, just make sure it has main in it along with the name of the stock car it was modeled off of.)

Open each one separately and find the following lines (it helps to look for the lines with a lot of attaches.)

Select all of the attaches, but make sure not to select anything else.
Delete the selected text and save before exiting.

That's it!

Many thanks, 'Fireful0'... this tutorial was easy to follow and worked perfectly. Now I can install engines into my 350 Camaro SS.

Or, if you want to keep the engines, just follow this tutorial to fix the error. ;)

The cause of 'overflow' error is some engine mod is interfering, like chrysler v8 pack. Try to remove that and you'll be fine.

I believe that when SLRR Editor allows you to add more engines, it adds some unneeded code or something. The best thing to do to try to make this error not happen is to not select add all engines, as that adds unneeded code.

Thank you very much, but what actually causes the 'overflow' issue?

@Locomanusa, thanks!
Also mopar440ci, I forgot to say that you need to delete the selected lines, so I edited it several days ago. Glad to see that you got it working, though. :)

I actually said it below the picture.
I made it larger so that people will be able to see it better.

Might want to mention that you need to select all of the Attaches,delete them and then save the main.cfg.

i was trying to figure out how to fix this error and found your guide but wasent able to fix it because i did not know what to do with the attach lines once selected. now days later after searching forums and finding a random post that mentioned you needed to delete them that i figured it out.
